​We receive frequent emails, messages and phone calls for placement on our waiting list.  After working with families and other breeders over the past 15 years, we have developed a workable solution for placing and matching our Corgi puppies with their new families. Once you are certain you want to commit to a Pembroke Welsh Corgi Puppy, please complete the contract below.  This contract along with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit serve as your commitment to one of our puppies. Please watch our website regularly once you have placed the deposit, so you don't miss an opportunity to select your new puppy. Keep in mind that we rely on our families to reach out to us regarding which puppy choice they want. 

    Puppy Deposit Contract
    Once you are confident that you are ready to purchase a Pembroke Welsh Corgi Puppy from us, please complete this deposit contract. Please note that by signing this contract and placing a deposit, you are agreeing to a purchase of a Quivira Corgi. Upon completion, you will need to send a deposit via one of the methods recommended below.  The date the deposit is received is the date your name is placed on the Priority Wait List.  Puppies are selected based on the order deposits are received. We always recommend a phone call or an email to confirm that we received your contract and your deposit. In addition, it is your responsibility to watch the website for updated litter information and contact us when a puppy arrives that fits your requirements.
